I needed a cookie cake made in less than three hours. Allison made it happen! Super quick and efficient. It was warm and delicious. The only problem was I should've bought a bigger one. The cookie cake was devoured by the Family. Thank you Mrs. Fields Cookies and Allison!
Update: After seeing my review, Jordan, the manager, reached out to me, apologized for the error, and made it right. I can tell that he truly cares about the customer experience. The new cookie cake was delicious(last one was also) and the employees were friendly making sure it was just what we wanted at pickup.

Came here to pick up some goods from the too good to go app. Mrs Fields is located outside of Macy's in what I call the "rich wing" since it's by the elevators heading to Bloomingdale's and the higher tier places. Figured I'd put that in here since I didn't know where it was no matter what website i looked at online. The cookies and brownies were really good. Probably shouldn't have ate them all for lunch, but nobody is gonna know... right? Anyway 10/10 experience
