So disappointed by potato corner, specifically this location. I've been going to potato corner across many mall kiosks and locations but I feel like over time, the price has gotten more expensive but the quality has gone down. I feel like every time I receive my fries, they're super soggy. And if by luck they don't come out soggy and are actually pretty hot and crispy, they turn soggy within minutes. I'm just super disappointed by my experience today because there was so little amount of seasoning on the fries so I had to dig through the box to get the "good" pieces that actually had seasoning on it. If I wanted tasteless, seasonless fries I would have just gone to McDonald's and paid less than $5 for a big box of fries Ps, the employees are all super great, and I'm sure they are only listening to protocol with the way they handle the food/seasoning

I love potato corner! I was shopping and saw a few people eating some fries from here and it looked really good. We can smell it from walking around and decided to have a little snack. The fries were so crispy! Picked the parmesan flavor and it did not disappoint! My sister and I shared the giga size and it had so much fries for us to share. As for ketchup, they only gave us one cup of ketchup for all those fries. Wish they gave more

January 31 around 7:30-8:30pm - Bad star for the woman with curly hair here. I ordered my childhood favorite bbq giga fries. The fries barely had seasoning so I asked her to give me a bit of bbq powder and she rudely said that it costs 50 cents. At that point, I did not have my card with me because my friend was sitting far away watching my stuff and it was very cold but she did not cared when I told her that. The Asian woman with fair skin ended up helping and she was friendly. She was pleasant and offered a good service.

The workers were all nice BUT there was a very long line when i went on a Saturday night. Prepare to wait 20-40 minutes for a single of order of fries on a Saturday night. Wouldn't recommend if you're on a time crunch. Not worth the wait for some seasoned fries.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has some outdoor seating available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my food from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive. There are many parking spots for you to choose from. However, during the weekend and on holidays, there can be problems finding a spot. Some spots are smaller than others. Food: I ordered half chili BBQ and half sour cream and onion. The fries were hella bomb and flavorful. However, I removed one star because of the amount they gave me. I paid $9 and more for very little fries. This sucks. Staff: The staff here are very fast and friendly. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.
Love other potato corner locations, but this specific one is lacking...I ordered a mega size regular fry with chili bbq and paid extra for more seasoning. There was absolutely NO extra seasoning and they gave us the regular bbq flavor which I do NOT like. Would not recommend this location to anyone unless you want a messed up order.

Potato Corner has got to be my favorite mall snack. Always gotta do a pit stop at this place every chance i get. They usually are always busy but my orders have consistently been super delicious. I could eat these fries all day. My boyfriend loves their tenders here, they are a little small but are crunchy and tender. They have many flavors to choose from but cheddar is my favorite!
