On Friday, July 18th 2025 at approximately 6 pm, I visited this place for the first time. The ice cream was very good, but the service was terrible. There were some people in line after me and they were served before me. In addition, the lady who served me didn't let go of the ice cream cone until I paid her. I felt discriminated against for being Latina.

I wasn’t planning on stopping by Salt & Straw last night but I’m sure glad I did. I got the Salted, Malted Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough on a Salted Brownie Waffle Cone. I think my mind was blown. Un-dough-niably one of the best ice creams I’ve ever had.

Love trying all the new flavors and ordering my personal favorite: Pear and Blue Cheese with Honey Lavender.
After placing an online pick up order, I realized they forgot to give me one of the flavors I asked for. When I called the store to let them know, they were very friendly and told me I could come get the flavor that was forgotten the next day at no charge. When I went to the store not only did they follow through on that promise, but they also told me I could grab an extra pint of my choice for the inconvenience. They really seem to care about their customers and their flavors are amazing too! Love this place <3

Amazing new style ice cream sweets and chocolate chip cookie dough amazing choices strawberry pear blue cheese etc I tried and loved it will visit it more and more as times goes. Tried chocolate one it was yummy delicious and surprisingly good tonight around 10 pm at #America #icecream
