I wasn’t planning on stopping by Salt & Straw last night but I’m sure glad I did. I got the Salted, Malted Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough on a Salted Brownie Waffle Cone. I think my mind was blown. Un-dough-niably one of the best ice creams I’ve ever had.

After placing an online pick up order, I realized they forgot to give me one of the flavors I asked for. When I called the store to let them know, they were very friendly and told me I could come get the flavor that was forgotten the next day at no charge. When I went to the store not only did they follow through on that promise, but they also told me I could grab an extra pint of my choice for the inconvenience. They really seem to care about their customers and their flavors are amazing too! Love this place <3

Amazing new style ice cream sweets and chocolate chip cookie dough amazing choices strawberry pear blue cheese etc I tried and loved it will visit it more and more as times goes. Tried chocolate one it was yummy delicious and surprisingly good tonight around 10 pm at #America #icecream

Located on the south end of the Americana, almost next to Brand Blvd. Not a ton of flavors, but they’re all very unique. The Honey Lavender is my go to flavor. Small storefront, no seating, just a couple 2 person benches in front. Expect to enjoy your dessert while walking around unless you’re ordering to take home.

It was definitely a worse experience. The staff that lady was not patient enough. When my friend told me she was rolling her eyes on me then I noticed that. She was so rude!!!!! Will never go there anymore. Was a very bad experience.

The atmosphere in the shop is very friendly and cozy, and the staff is always welcoming and ready to help with your choice. The taste of the ice cream is amazing — each scoop literally melts in your mouth, filling you with happiness and joy. The only downside is that some of the flavors can be a bit too sweet, but that doesn't spoil the overall experience. If you're looking for high-quality and unusual ice cream, Salt & Straw is the perfect choice!
