All the cupcakes look soo good. You can order for pick up on the app or website and you can see how all the cupcakes look. Got lucky to try The cookie cupcake ? was really good!! I'm guessing it was seasonal (hopefully they bring it back). The Strawberry cupcake ? was super sweet & soft. Would recommend if you have a sweet tooth 8/10!

First I wanna say thank you. You're sugar free red velvet cupcake was amazing. I was very surprised at how great it was and as a diabetic its difficultto find good sf things. Will be back for that and more for the family. Now I gave you the 5 stars .....Honestly was gonna give less but I hope you take the comments to heart and improve procedures. There were only 4 people in line and was still waited 30 minutes to order because you guys have that iPad thing people have to order on which makes them take a lot longer to order. One person took almost fifteen minutes to do their order. If he had someone to help him make his selections and had an actual person taking the order it would have taken a lot less time (other people in the line were furious.) Electronic ordering is not for everyone. On top of it this was last Saturday and it was right before closing and there was one person working...on a Saturday....he was working his butt off and did the best he could but the wait was way too long. As a manager I would never schedule someone alone on a Saturday night....that's just crazy.

I ordered a couple of cupcakes and as I unfolded the cupcake wrapper, there was a hair strand in my cupcake. This is DISGUSTING and absolutely unacceptable in any way, shape, or form.

We went to buy a cupcake for our friends' bday and didn't realize that they just put the cupcake straight in the paper bag. No box or cover, nothing. By the time we noticed to gift it to our friend, we realized it had gotten smashed around the edges. I imagine for the price, we'd expect it to be secured. Very unsatisfied, would expect better

Today it was the first time I tried cupcakes from here, and was surprised when i saw sugar free cupcake in the menu, finally I found a place that I can have choice?, it was fresh and really yummy. I loved it.
