Mango Dragonfruit Refresher

From our first store in Seattle's Pike Place Market to our coffeehouses around the world, customers requested a freshly brewed coffee they could enjoy throughout the day. In 2008 our master blenders and roasters created this for you-a smooth, well-rounded blend of Latin American coffees with subtly rich flavors of chocolate and toasted nuts, it's served fresh every day at a Starbucks® store near you.

Featured Blonde Roast

In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

Today at your Starbucks I had a very unpleasant experience. One of your employees was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I paid $20 for my drink, then I found small change and asked him to return the $20 and take the exact amount instead. The $20 bill was still in his hand, nothing had been processed yet on the register, but he still refused to return it.

It is their policy to remake the drink if it's been incorrectly made or unsatisfactory.
Unfortunately, upon requesting a drink remake they weren't happy. Had I screwed up, I'd taken the drink but they did. It seemed to really hurt their ego to remake the drink... :(

I live in the neighborhood so it's convenient. Most of the staff know me. They're really friendly and there's plenty of parking. Great location

Parking: There's always parking in the lot.

Kid-friendliness: There's nothing here to scare kids off. I people bringing their kids in all the time

Wheelchair accessibility: It's a one story building with large doors. No elevator or escalator needed
