Inconvenient drive through and even parking was not good. Good service and quality however

Ordered a grande hot white chocolate, they asked me if I wanted it hot. I was the only car in the drive thru. They gave me a coffee instead.
I’m never the type to leave a bad review but I have to today. I’m a regular at this location and I’ve never had bad customer service until today. Pulled up to order at the drive thru speaker and right off the bat you can tell she had attitude or was going through or dealing with personal stuff and taking it out on customers. She asked for my name I gave her my name she couldn’t understand what i said so she asked me again and I repeated myself. She asked what I would like to order I clearly said “ can I get a Venti Sugar Cookie Frappuccino “ this is where she bursted out and raised her voice/gave attitude through the speaker she said how do you want it and I said “the way you guys make it” She yelled Ma’am I’m asking you “ WHAT BASE DO YOU WANT” Milk or Coffee very LOUD I was honestly confused bc every time I order a Sugar cookie Frappuccino they always just make it at other locations without yelling and asking all these extra questions. She could’ve been more informative and talked to me differently but no she was basically yelling through the dam speaker. She was talking to me like i didn’t just tell her what I wanted then after i told her i wanted coffee she asked if i wanted whip cream and what size? When I had already told her everything from the beginning “ I want a Venti Sugar Cookie Frappuccino “ If i didn’t want whip cream on it I would’ve ordered it without it. As I’m driving I did say “why do you have all that attitude for” so she probably heard through speaker. So when i got to the window she looked EXTREMELY pissed. Even my 5 yr old daughter WHO HAS NO JOB said “ mommy why does she look mad” She charged me and took off her headset and had someone else help me.
So ELIZABETH if you’re reading this don’t be working in customer service if you don’t know how to talk to customers at no point was I ever rude to you for you to talk to me the way that you did talked to me like I’m stupid or something. I work a customer service job myself so I know if your having family related issues leave them at home and don’t bring the bad to your job and take it out on innocent customers. If you don’t like customer service then you definitely shouldn’t be working at Starbucks. Everyone I’ve ever encountered there are extremely friendly and outgoing. You are NONE of it don’t know how you got the job. Hope Your Day Gets Better Truly. If you want good customer service and your drinks made good go to the Starbucks inside of Vons 10/10 no complaints there whatsoever.

It's never written that they close at 10 pm, and if you order, you can only do it through Drive-Tru until
11 pm.
One case was yellowed water!!! It took 45 minutes to fill two travel cases of coffee! I was told each case holds 8 cups... Over a dozen people were served quickly, so apparently it would have been faster to just get 16 cups. The barista was not even a little apologetic about the time. We were late for the group travel event we were supplying coffee for. And no lids were included for the cups, and we're driving. Horrible experience with this Starbucks.

Lately, their drinks have been a hit or miss. This recent drink they didn't even fill it up? And the color is much darker than it usually is. It's like they're missing the coconut.
Edit: Went back and ordered an Iced Chai with Horchata. I didn't taste it until I left the drive thru because the baristas usually try to rush you out as soon as they give you your drink. They definitely forgot to put chai in it or something. Unfortunately, I had to throw the drink away. This location messes up my drinks too often. Don't recommend this location at all.

They used to be very precise before but lately
It’s been very off with this location. I don’t like to make their life more difficult especially when the lines are so long and busy. And I’m in rush myself. But it’s frustrating. I got regular iced matcha and they handed me with lavender foam. I was in a rush and just didn’t have time for them to make another so I just grabbed it and left. But please please pay attention to the actual orders.
Worst Starbucks service I ever seen. Went thru drive thru. Took forever. I just left. Doesn’t seem the night shift cares about customer service. Never again I will go to this store period
Friendly staff. Easy and easy out. The falafel is good Sriracha sauce.
I come to this place a lot but the night shift workers are not the smartest I had a mobile and they refused to give it to me. The app allowed me to place an order for indoor pick up.
