Lately, their drinks have been a hit or miss. This recent drink they didn't even fill it up? And the color is much darker than it usually is. It's like they're missing the coconut.

Edit: Went back and ordered an Iced Chai with Horchata. I didn't taste it until I left the drive thru because the baristas usually try to rush you out as soon as they give you your drink. They definitely forgot to put chai in it or something. Unfortunately, I had to throw the drink away. This location messes up my drinks too often. Don't recommend this location at all.

They used to be very precise before but lately
It’s been very off with this location. I don’t like to make their life more difficult especially when the lines are so long and busy. And I’m in rush myself. But it’s frustrating. I got regular iced matcha and they handed me with lavender foam. I was in a rush and just didn’t have time for them to make another so I just grabbed it and left. But please please pay attention to the actual orders.

I come to this place a lot but the night shift workers are not the smartest I had a mobile and they refused to give it to me. The app allowed me to place an order for indoor pick up.

It’s not the workers it’s the concept how Starbucks straight jacks the person that does business not get credited .

For example this is what I mean and it happened to me NOT FAIR , if I am business owner and I bought 10 gift cards I should have the right and opportunity to put points in my app because I’m already PURCHASING AND PAID OFF GIFT CARD.WHICH MEANS STARBUCKS MADE RHE MONEY . Which that means that person that receives the gift card is allowed to get up to what ever limit I put on the card for FREE AND NOTHING ELSE . They should not have the chance put the points on there app because I AM THE ONE THAT PURCHASED IT FIRST TO BRING BUSINESS INN . Why is the second party that received the a free gift card that is PAID OFF GET TO GET THE POINT AND NOT ME WHICH I AM THE ONE THAT PURCHASED IT ???

It’s 4:34 and it’s shows the Starbucks closes at 6pm . The city came to clean only a quarter side of parking lot . That shouldn’t be an excuse because that was not blocking Starbucks drive threw any way . As a Starbucks owner and ceo you lost 1hour and 30 minutes of business which the parking cleaning had nothing near to do with Starbucks and was not interfering . Your workers are lazy to stay open to help customers button of the line , wow so dumb . You should check the video for the parking lot as a owner

This Starbucks has a great respectful team, keeping spirits high. Especially the German/Irish looking fella who throws accents for entertainment, lifts everyone’s mood. Give him a promotion!

After standing in the line for 25 minutes on drive through, 11:10 the car before us got the service but us. Told them I have to drive to Fresno with kids inside the car they just closed the window on my face. 6 years, every single day I was buying coffee in the mornings. This will be the last time. Worst customer service.
