I was prepared to write a nice review based off of the ok customer service and the speed of service. Until I took a bite into my sandwich. The staff was not overly enthusiastic to be at work clearly (but I'm not judging it's a beautiful Saturday I get it!) they were very speedy though and didn't make me stand around, AND they took Apple Pay which was a huge plus because I forgot my wallet. So would have been a 4 stars based off of all that. I'm never expecting a gourmet sandwich...read full review
I hope you guys do better because I'm not sure how much longer you can stay in business with such awful reviews and terrible customer service. Please acknowledge your customers even if you're about to go on break. A simple, "Hi, someone will be right out," is polite enough so a person isn't standing around feeling foolish and invisible. Granted it's just a whatever job for you to lose, but that's someone's business you're representing.
