Subways are all the same but sometimes you get to meet good employees having very good customer service experience and sometimes you get to meet some off mood people. It was ok ðŸ‘

They were so rude to my mom they ignored her when she was asking to buy a sandwich so she didn't buy them anything because they have the worst customer service.Don't come to this subway. No wonder why it's bankrupt .They should watched the employees how they treated the costumers and hiring nice employees.

The worst place ever as far as customer service and knowledge. I went to subway for three foot-long's one of them being a Philly cheesesteak sub. I choose the bread she adds the meat she asked me what kind of cheese I say whatever cheese comes in your standard Philly cheesesteak and she says no you have to choose. I'm like I just want a standard Philly cheesesteak as the sandwich is not for me so I have no choice I'm forced to choose the cheese. So then we move onto the veggies I ask all I wanna do is get a regular Philly cheesesteak sandwich whatever comes on your Philly sandwich. I'm frustrated I have people behind me waiting I just say whatever all veggies. Now the sauces I really just want what comes on this sandwich now they're smirky at me and movie the two guys that are behind me in front of me to help them ok can I just say mayonnaise and mustard and as I'm standing there I'm starting to Google Philly cheesesteak sandwich to see what's on it by this point I am paying for it I get to my car and when I Google it it shows that subway has two Philly sandwiches but none of them knew about either one of them.

I was prepared to write a nice review based off of the ok customer service and the speed of service. Until I took a bite into my sandwich. The staff was not overly enthusiastic to be at work clearly (but I'm not judging it's a beautiful Saturday I get it!) they were very speedy though and didn't make me stand around, AND they took Apple Pay which was a huge plus because I forgot my wallet. So would have been a 4 stars based off of all that. I'm never expecting a gourmet sandwich when getting subway, but I am expecting consistency. The bread was SO DISGUSTING, it was falling apart. Like how does subway mess up it's stable? The bread? So disappointing. Probably will not be returning to this subway for the mere fact it can't even make the bread correctly.

If you want eat subway well at least there is an option and you wont have to walk more inside the mall unlike some other ones the food court is right at the entrance/exit

I went about an hour ago to order a salad and got the worst customer service treatment. The man who helped me, Jose, has a bad disposition from the beginning: no greeting, generally annoyed and rude. If you are having a bad day Jose don't let take it out on your customers. This location isn't great for cutomer service, this isn't the first time this has occurred. I work in retail and I've also worked in the food industry so I know what good service is and what a difference it can make.
Worst place ever never coming back when I go there in the mornings to get breakfast there is always a guy with a beard and is always so rude he always yelling and he always talking bad things about the customers in Spanish thinking I don't understand which I clearly do and then there is another guy that works at night named Luis horrible customer service he always rude never friendly and also they never shave which scares me to go to that place afraid if having a hair in my sandwich by both men horrible experience never coming back to get lunch here

I've eaten at different Subways and by far this is the worst of all. Customer service is at its best. employees here are the most rude and useless people I've deal with. They always giving you attitude and service is nasty. I tried many times to be nice and polite but they don't care who you are they didn't give a sh&$; about your food or service. I'll never eat there again. Seriously the owner needs to get rid off these people.

The service is awful. The food is really good ., but when you look on the worker's face , you don't wanna eat anything. Also , I don't understand Spanish, so they are not allowed to talk Spanish when I'm waiting to pay.

worst service ever, if you're craving a sandwich i think you're better off walking over to the americana to Jersey Mikes. I went up to the counter & not even a simple "Hello, Hi, How are you" it was a "what do you want" FIRST OF ALL, that is not the way you greet ANYONE. i work in retail & although retail & food is different the customer service is very similar. anyways , i then proceed giving him my order, i tell him i wanted to add turkey & ham & he looks at me w/a face like he didn't understand. & goes "so you don't want this sandwich because that's not included" i'm well aware that turkey nor ham was part of my sandwich just add it. i was already frustrated w/his attitude & wanted to leave. on top of that, the lady ringing me up was going to charge me for a foot long when i ordered a 6 inch. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I used to work inside the galleria & even back then when i would order food from this location i never got this attitude/lack of customer service. if you hate your job that bad then quit & find a new one. if you're having a bad day don't take it out on the customers. i'm not one to write a review but this just really pissed me off !
