I recently visited Subway, and I had a great experience! Everything from the service to the food was just what I expected. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the sandwich was fresh and delicious. I appreciated the cleanliness of the restaurant and the overall atmosphere. It was a satisfying visit, and I’ll definitely be returning soon!

For a simple sandwich you have to wait at least 25 minutes. Poor Oscar was the only employee and he couldn’t take care of all five customers waiting there. People wear frustrated and mad waiting for their food and Oscar with no extra hands was slow. I believe the owner is so cheap and he doesn’t want to hire more employees. Will never go back again

My online order experience here has been the worst one yet. They were 15 minutes late with my pick-up because there was only one guy working there with 5 orders. I understand that it is difficult to work on multiple orders when there is only one employee, but he gave me very bad attitude due to his stress. I asked him if he had put the cookie that was part of my order when he had finished my sandwiches, but then he got mad and accused me of rushing him. He made it seem that his stress was because of me and that I was the one who caused all of his problems when there were other people waiting there. He yelled at me to get out, or he will call the police. What happened at this Subway location was so shocking to me that I will never go back to this crazy place again. They need to retrain their employees.

This review is for owner Artashes Grigorian. We are resident of Glendale very close by and we always go to this restaurant but you're business really stinks OK, really stinks. I don't know what kind of business you are running. You're have only one employee at each shift and we have to wait 20- 25 minutes to place our orders & to get our orders, It takes over 35-40 minutes. This is ridiculous. You are overworking your employees and you are not paying them enough. We go there late afternoon to buy 5 sandwiches, many tomes it was only one employee who served us name Monica and she was not able to to do everything on her own. Other times it was Oscar only by himself. Why are you taking advantage of your employees? Your place should be reported to the health department, because its not clean @ all. You are a ridiculous Subway owner. ? We will make sure to report your business to the health department for overworking your employees & taking advantage of them, that's why they can not do their job properly, ? because they are overworked, over tired & underpaid. We have read all the reviews, your customers are not happy with this ? Subway, we are telling you, you will loose lots of customers.
