I’ve been here quite a few times. However, almost every time there is some issue. Repeated mistakes are: forgotten items, cold soups, tables not cleared, painfully slow service despite most tables being empty. Despite this, they will always make up for it if you bring it up to their attention. I always come back because Tender Greens has a good selection of healthy food at the right price. Mendocino Farms doesn’t have any of these issues but I go there enough already and it can get a bit crowded.

I believe it is discrimination when business do not accept cash. The dollar is US currency and not taking cash should be illegal.

I really love this place! I've ordered a few pick up orders and it's was a bit slow but the food was amazing! Now I've ordered delivery at least 3× as much and only ever had 2 problems. The 1st, which was minor, they packaged the wrong dressing. Easy mistake. The 2nd, which also is an easy mistake, my drinks weren't sent out/delivered with my food. I called and instead of just offering a refund for the drinks and ending the call. Beatriz apologized and quickly offered to send out the drinks. They sent another delivery driver!! :) Not what I was expecting and definitely made it worth it! I love the service and friendliness of the staff and the consistency of food. It's always fresh and delicious!! Thanks to the staff and Beatriz(sorry of that's not spelled right) !! You All Rock!!!! ??
Vegetarian options: Clearly labeled and great offerings! Definitely pescatarian as well!
Kid-friendliness: Kids plates are Spot On!!! Drink, fruit, side and protein! Perfection!! ??

This tender greens is very up and down, however, I ate there recently and the portions were large and the food was excellent. As a local I know the restaurants in Glendale!

Eric, grilled my food to perfection. I’m highly satisfied. I stopped going to tender greens after the one by my house was so awful so I tried this new one and so glad I did. Richie the manager was also very kind as well as the cashier. My food was ready to pick up right away! Will be back :)

Chicken plate was cold, the grilled vegetables looked like soggy cafeteria food and the Mac and cheese was cold and the cheese was room temperature not even melted. Got a refund, this place has gone down hill as it seems like they don’t care about quality food anymore. Even the staff didn’t care or try to make it right, they just refunded it.
