Food is always good at Cheese Cake Factory. This is my first time in this location.
We dine in the outside area. Since you charge lot of dollars the least what you can put outside is fly repellent, the amount of flies is horrible.
Another thing is to please check the nails of your servers, we had a male guy who served us, long nails and the dirt under his nails is very obvious when handling over the plates

I visited the Cheesecake Factory at the Americana in Glendale on Monday night, September 22nd, 2025, around 7:30 PM. The restaurant was not busy at all, yet the front desk receptionist created a very unpleasant experience.

From the moment I walked in, she had an attitude cutting me off when I tried to speak, giving disrespectful looks, and being passive aggressive for absolutely no reason. Instead of a welcoming greeting, I was met with rudeness that made me feel unwelcome.

To make matters worse, the staff don’t wear name tags, so as a guest you don’t even know who you’re talking to, which makes it impossible to address concerns properly.

First impressions matter, and this one was unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue, because the way guests are treated at the front sets the tone for the entire dining experience

I had a not good dining experience at Cheesecake Factory. All of our main courses were served cold. The sea bass was tough and overcooked, my medium steak was well-done, served on a cold plate. The salad was wilted and clearly not fresh. Even the signature cheesecake, which is what they're known for, had a surprisingly grainy texture. The service was unremarkable, making the whole visit very disappointing. It's been a long time since I've visited this restaurant, and I was dispointed by quality.

We went on a Tuesday night and it was amazing 👍 it was busy but still had a good wait time under 30 mins and we had appetizers that came in hot in 1st then our meal later on it was great plus outside seating lovely and comfortable. We had a great time and our server was also great .

Honey Moon

Joined a friend for dinner. Easy to make a reservation online. Sept parked for 9$. Enjoyed the view of the marina while I waited for my friend. Ate our meal enjoyed our wonderful wait staff. After desert we when for a stroll on the marina before returning to our cars to leave.

WARNING - They continue to be deceptive by printing recommended gratuity amounts based on after-tax total. This should be based on subtotal and this has already been brought to the attention of management and corporate. However, they continue to push a higher gratuity after tax. Therefore, I will no longer go there until they correct this scheme. To be fair, the food and service was good, hence I only deducted one star from actual review. Corporate needs to fix this.
