Music was too loud. Everyone had to talk louder due to the music. Service was slow. I think the staff was overwhelmed. My steak was dry. We had to wait a little longer for other requests.

Hit the Galleria to grab lunch before a meeting. Great location in the center of it all. I hadnthe White Chicken Chilli and it was delicious. Sat at the bar and had great service.

Great options! I had a mushroom burger with gluten free bun and a side soup instead of fries. It was really good. Staffs are very friendly too. The only drawback is the long wait. However, the center shops nearby are nice to pass some time.

Cheesecake factory going down on portion sizes and service time due to overcrowding.

Had dinner here on Saturday after waiting for over an hour and a half to get a table. Our waiter was attentive, but had to service so many tables that it was hard to get a hold of him! Got the initial 2 baskets of bread, which we gulped down, asked for more, which was brought when we got dessert. 🤔

The best thing at Cheesecake Factory in terms of service was how quickly they tried to clear out our plates and dishes and help us finish the meal!😄

Chicken dumplings were Ok-ish, served cold and tough, chicken Madera was tasty, Korean BBQ chicken dish was the best!

With so many customers waiting for 90+ minutes to get a table, the least you can do is provide a meal worth remembering! We know business is tougher, but you have a large following, please don't cut corners on portion sizes and quality of food.

Your service is working very well, just make the food better and please serve a little more.

Parking: Don't forget to validate your parking ticket before leaving!! Even with that, e paid $15 for 3 hours of parking.

We couldn’t enjoy our dinner at all. We arrived early and made a reservation for seven people. When we received a text that our table was ready, we attempted to enter the restaurant. However, there was a line at the door, and we waited over 10 to 15 minutes to reach the front.

When we finally approached the receptionist, she informed us that our table was no longer available because we hadn’t come to her right away. We explained that we had been waiting in line, but she questioned why we were in line. She reiterated that our table was gone and offered us two separate tables—one for five people and another for two.

This was particularly disappointing as it was a family dinner to bid farewell to my aunt, who is returning to her home country. We ended up with five people at one table and two at another, which were not even close to each other; there was a hallway in between us. We had to walk back and forth just to talk. Ultimately, we couldn’t enjoy our food or the atmosphere.

It was the worst service I have ever experienced. The restaurant really needs to improve its customer service and better educate its employees. Although it is known as a family restaurant, the service was not family-friendly at all.

FYI: The waiter was nice although he couldn’t help with the tables. Breads were stale, and the spicy shrimp pasta was meant to have only rigatoni; however, it seemed to be a mixture of spaghetti and rigatoni. It is not worth the price.

Great service and food as usual. I was there belatedly celebrating 🥳 my birthday. Mashed potato omelette is a must and the Truffles chicken - both two thumbs up 👍🏾👍🏾

Made a reservation for 7 on the website a few days ago. An employee called the day of to say they don't accept parties over 6 which is ridiculous. It makes no sense for the company cause its money for them.
