It's inside the Americana. Right in front of the movie theater. Tiny little kiosk. The service was good and quick. The blueberry crumble wasn't bad but not the best and pretty cold. The caramel iced coffee was overly sweet. That's my first time trying their coffee so I was disappointed. Overall the two items came out to $11.

I went out with family to The Americana and wanted my Mom to try The Pie Hole since she hasn't try it. We ordered Blueberry Pie, Brownie pie and bundle of 4 Hole pies. We took them home since they were about to close the place down. I've tried Pie Hole in the past and it was good and this time around it was just terrible! I was in shock how bad it was, the blueberry pie tasted soggy and bland. Then the brownie pie was extremely salty! Finally the bundle of 4 hole pies were extremely sweet?! Oh my goodness it was a waste of $30 seriously was extremely embarrassed to have bought it for my Mom and sis. The Pie Hole you have to really regulate your products even in your small shops never again will I buy there. Save your money people! We forced ourselves to eat half of the pies only because we paid a lot for them, what a waste!!

I love the pies at Pie Hole. I bought two chicken pot pies here and opened to enjoyed them at home after about 30 minutes. I was horrified by the melted plastic container. Both of the hot pies melted the containers. Although there was paper covering the bottom of the pie, I wonder if my pies are safe from the chemicals that might've been released when the plastic was melted. I ended up throwing away the whole crust and ate only the inside of the pie. I think they really need to change the material of the containers.

My friend and I were shopping at the Americana and decided to stop for a warm beverage. I got a hot Pumpkin Pie Latte and my friend got a hot Chai latte. My friend really enjoyed her drink, however I felt mine was a little too bitter and not sweet enough for a seasonal latte. **When we got there, they were taking cash only orders, which can be a little inconvenient for those who do not carry it**

Just horrible experience they never have any hot chocolate and the ladies there are rude as can be. We ordered an apple pie and ask to get it heated up in the oven. They employee relies "Sorry, I'm actually turning off my oven". Yet, it was still on and 5 mins will not make a big difference when you close in an hour. RUN!!!! Do not spend your money with them. I see why they have 3.5 stars.

Worker had her mask completely down, and was on FaceTime when I came up. I had to get her attention to be helped, and her nose was still out of her mask. Mind you, she was prepping food while her mask was off. She was very short and unfriendly as well.

We've eaten here several times and have always had a wonderful experience. The food is perfection- interesting, delicious, and a little magical

We did takeout of their Picnic with two pot pies, side salad, and pie holes for dessert. Delicious!

We bought 4 bundles of 4 in box mix we want the Mexican Chocolate in the order but they only put like 2 in a box. We wants to take some dessert to drop for family who lost a family member hard times. We tried one not enough filling inside. The pie hole was sweet but I think for 4 tiny pie holes $9. A box was a lot on money here with not much filling. And for hole regular pie was $45

I was so excited to have some Pie Hole after ages, what a disappointment this location is. For whatever reason it tastes completely different than the Hollywood location. It's disgusting in comparison. I ended up buying a third slice to give to family, I just threw it away to save them from wasting calories

Lemonade tasted old, I couldn't even drink it. The worker want not even wearing gloves when he cut my pie slice, plus he just interacted with customers without getting a chance to wash his hands. He had to touch the slice when putting it in the container. I ended up not eating my order. Waste of money.

I have always loved Pie Hole and often get my lunches there - seriously, huge fan. But I purchased some Pie Holes yesterday that tasted like nothing but chemicals. Seriously, I couldn't taste any flavor other than a really intense chemical. I purchased them as a gift for someone, (got hungry and went to eat them myself lol) but thank god I tried them. I would have been mortified had I actually gifted them. Totally inedible. Really out of the ordinary experience for Pie Hole & this location but ugh. I was so disappointed. Still 4 stars because as mentioned I visit often and hopefully this was just a fluke and I got an unlucky batch.

This place is incredible. I was helped by a young lady and I wish I got her name, short hair and glasses. I can say without hesitation she made my week, she was so nice and accommodating. That kind of friendliness is what we need right now! Pie was solid too, for sure but the reason I'm writing this is for sure the service. Oh and I had no idea when I went they have a happy hour where the pie is much less expensive, it's a cute idea!
