We had a wonderful experience at this location. The food deals were great and delicious 😋. The service was amazing from the moment we stepped into the restaurant and the atmosphere was very pleasant. It was my first time to this location, and was not disappointed. I definitely would recommend this one.

The food was decent, the Mac and cheese was probably kraft but the fries were good. For my drink I had strawberry lemonade which was okay but not my favorite. My mom got the house salad and said it just tasted like any other.
The servers here were nice and it was very quick to get our food and drinks. It wasn't busy at all, even though we were there around 1:00.
All in all though it was a good and quiet spot to enjoy some mediocre food.

Food was good as usual, however service had messed up my order. They then took around 20 minutes to make any progress with that, and they then offered me a chat with their manager which was another 15 minute wait and highly unproductive. Manager refused to give us any accommodation for the food already in front of us, and instead took it away. We ended up leaving with very little satisfaction and still an incomplete order.

The service sucked for being a Tuesday from 2-3pm, when it wasn't busy. The server got my order wrong (food was not delivered by the server), came by my table 17 minutes after I got my food, asked how it was, and before I could answer she walked away... Wtf. I had to ask the busser for silverware because I didn't get any. I asked for a dessert menu and 8 minutes later was asked if I wanted anything from the server. I'm assuming the server saw I was leaving so she came by. I paid and left.
I am not impressed by the server at all, but the food was good. Even my wrong order tasted good.

This Chili's did an amazing job of creating a lovely comfortable atmosphere to enjoy delicious food! I had the pleasure to be served by the lovely Maya, she is one of the best servers I have experienced in a long time! She had amazing energy, great customer service, and was extremely attentive to the table. She definitely made the experience a lot more enjoyable! Thank you Maya! The rest of the staff was just as kind and a delight!
