Wow! 30 minutes and still waiting...asked for a refund...Cristobal says " We don't give refunds!" And walked away before I had the chance to even respond. Horrible customer service. Tried to talk to shift supervisor to offer some feedback, just not ready to hear it yet. If you know your simple milkshake was going to take 45 minutes, maybe let your customer know. AND TO TOP IT OFF, they are letting the customer stick their hand in the box of straws to select a straw.
