Starbucks Coffee Company is a favorite in the neighborhood, with a long drive through that is fast, so one never has to wait too long to get service. The team is always very kind, has a great attitude, and is on top of things. The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient, and they are very friendly to one's furry family members. The hot Americano and the egg and cheddar protein box were satisfactory and tasted fresh. However, some customers have had issues with orders. One person who is lactose intolerant and sensitive to dairy has repeatedly received a regular latte instead of one made with half and half, despite making a clear request. Another customer was not satisfied when their drink did not have the specific six ice cubes asked for. Despite these concerns, the location has good vibes, drinks, and food, plus a little outdoor seating area perfect for work. It is the go-to store for that Starbucks splurge and puppuccinos for pups.
