“Sunflower Drive-In has not changed in many years. I came here prior to becoming vegan and thought it was good, now I think it's out of this world. Just had a Nutty taco, plenty of food especially with a side order of refried beans. But unlike most food establishments they give you an option of either vegan cheese or avocado on everything. So this is a must visit Drive-In for a very good vegan meal.“

“Not sure exactly where to start but this restaurant has some serious customer service issues and that's just one category we were very disappointed in. We ordered online last night to try it out as we saw so many great reviews for the food so we broke from tradition and on my birthday we decided to eat here. All we ordered was a Helen, Cheese Fondue, and the Meatball rigatoni. I received an email stating the food would be ready in about 45 minutes. We left 35 minutes later as it's only up the street from where we live. As we arrive we noticed it's a little corner spot with patrons and appears to be more of a quaint little sit down restaurant and my wife and I thought maybe next time we just come in instead of take out. We stood there for about 2-3 minutes and then guy yells from across the room that he will be with us in a minute. He didn't seem to have anything he was really doing but ok. So finally an older guy comes over and asks us if we have been helped. We told him we were there to pick up our order, and he says he will go check on it. After a few minutes he comes back and says he tried to call us (no record of any missed calls on my phone) and that the rigatoni with meatballs was not available and he wasn't sure how it let us order that online. We don't know either and we definitely know you didn't try calling us to tell us that. Anyways he provided the option for a refund or to make my wife another dish. He mentioned shrimp scampi as the alternative, now the rigatoni was $25 a plate and they didn't even have shrimp scampi on the menu so I was skeptical since usually if they make something good it would be on their menu. So we waited for another 10 minutes for this SCAMpi. I capitalize scam because that's exactly how we felt when they tried to give us this alternative dish and we looked at it. I wish I had taken a picture of what they brought out for $25.... It was literally a small portion of large macaroni noodles, and no more than maybe 6-7 small chunks of shrimp in some greasy sauce that looked totally unseasoned... Gross. I wouldn't feed anything that dish and they should have never tried to replace a main dish like that with something as disappointing as what we received. So I took the container back into the restaurant as we hadn't left the parking lot as I wanted to see first just what they felt was comparable to the $25 we just spent. I found the guy who helped us and just explained that we wanted the refund and the scampi was not acceptable. He said ok and said right after that the refund was already processed. Now to the other food. The pizza was $23 and the cheese fondue was $13. Normally $23 for a pizza isn't crazy, but this was literally the size of a medium if that, and was extremely bare of ingredients. It taste pretty good, but wasnt worth the money at all. I don't eat a lot, and I was able to eat half of this pizza alone without even blinking. The cheese fondue was ok but not memorable. So now today I get up and take a look at my bank account to see if the refund was actually processed, and what do I see? Instead of a refund, I was charged again for that SCAMpi and not actually refunded! I wouldn't dine here again with the lack of customer service, value, and lack of integrity. I will be going back in again to get this straightened out and am not happy about it.“

“Maybe the very best brussel sprouts I have ever eaten. Our server was so sure of herself, I decided to let her choose my dish. She picked the aioli spicy chicken sandwich (I would have picked a burger). I am glad I did. I was able to enjoy something delightful I may not have ever tried. Definitely a food stop in Folsom. “This is what I would recommend as elegant dinning with attentive service. If you are looking for a place to impress your partner they set the standard for attentive service. From the time you enter to the time you leave it's all about you and your guests. Started out the "Ahi Tuna Tartare" then the "Slow Roasted Short Rib" and for dessert I had the "Ukrainian Honey Cake". The Tuna Tartar, with the Moroccan Spices stood out for me, this is not poke. But it was all about the beef. I have not had a better Short Rib anywhere else. Cook perfectly with good flavor on a bed of sweet corn with a splash of gravy. They have salt and pepper on the table, but if you feel a need to use, their is something wrong with you. Now the dessert, I took a risk with the "Honey", the word "Honey" just stands out as to sweet. You know the Winny the Poo thing. But it had a right balance with the berries and Chantilly creme. Went well with a fresh cup of coffee. Prices are reasonable. Remember your not just coming here for just the food, you'll be experiencing an attentive special night out. Enjoy.“

“After a long day at work, my coworker and I decided to treat ourselves to pho. I can genuinely say that the atmosphere and service made the experience 100 times more comfortable and just what we were looking for. On top of that, the music playlist was fire. But most importantly, the pho was a 10/10 and the egg rolls! Price is reasonable for the current economy and even if on a budget like I was, the kids size is perfect just for that. “My husband and I are newer to the Sacramento area so we haven’t found too many go-to spots yet. We wanted Chinese food and so I looked up places around us and this one had really good reviews. It was about 20 minutes from where we live. The staff was very very friendly, they checked in with us and asked if we needed anything as we ate. We got two different combination plates and a side of potstickers. The plates come with whatever main item you choose and pork fried rice and chicken chow mein unless you tell them otherwise. The plates were pretty packed, the food was hot/fresh and it was very delicious. The potstickers are fried but not overly crunchy which we like. Very good and affordable compared to other places we looked at. The only downside is there is no restroom and nowhere to go in that little plaza and it smelt like someone was smoking cigarettes in the back. Other than that, it was a great first time experience and we will definitely come back!“
