“Fun fact. This interesting restaurant is in the same complex where Howard Hughes once had an office. It has been open to the public for breakfast and lunch for some years, but the White Caps folks have made it much more welcoming. Today, I had their Torta (on special with a drink) and loved every bite. They opened the side entrance and they have a lot of outside seating. Staff was very friendly. Parking looks easy for cars and it was just fine for my bicycle. If you want a VERY original place to go for breakfast or lunch, this is it.“
