I did an online order, like normal, arrived to pick it up and after I gave my name they repeated back the wrong name (male name that starts with the same two letters as mine) and I corrected them with my name again. They then asked me for my receipt so I went back to the car and got my phone and showed them. They said it was "super weird" because a guy had picked it up about 5 minutes ago. Then they asked me if I still wanted the drink (that I had already paid for)?...
(Camino real location)They need to blend the Smothies more and I have had a few times where I got something different I think it just depends who gets to make them..it’s always better to listen and actually take a look at the requests but everyone has been nice
Cashier Karen was strangely hostile but at least the blender was delicious! Besides the surprisingly (usually it is lovely!) terrible customer service we received today I'm always excited to enjoy and support Blenders at the Goleta Marketplace!
