I will say that I am not usually a fan of IHOP but this one is different. Not sure why, but it's just better than most IHOPs. The food isn't incredible (but it is still quite good) but the staff is fantastic, caring, and attentive.

My friends and I were standing, waiting to be seated for like ten minutes. Ordered a hot chocolate, was beige and tasted like warm watered down milk. My pancakes looked and tasted like they were left out for hours. My friend also had a piece of plastic in blt, and the chocolate milk we ordered was expired. Will not be coming back. Terrible experience.

IHOP is IHOP, food is ok, but I have a question ? I ordered a breakfast to go and ask for two eggs scrambled , dry. When has two eggs filled up the almost the entire bottom of there two layer take out tray, hmmm. Natural eggs or liquid eggs for a carton 🤔 hmmm?

The service was good. The waitress that served us was good she was friendly and courteous, as well as the manager. The food was all around good. The only thing that could have been better. The breakfast sausage and bacon was under cooked. They need to cook that more, especially pork.

I ordered pancakes and eggs. Holy shrinkflation batman! The pancakes were literally 1/2 the size they used to be. 😞 Thankfully they didn't short the eggs, hash browns or bacon. Eggs where only semi warm. The good news was that I was hungry and finished everything so there was no waste. Bill was $56 for two, pretty dang expensive for a corporate restaurant. I think I'll go to a locally owned diner next time I go out for breakfast.
