The service was good. The waitress that served us was good she was friendly and courteous, as well as the manager. The food was all around good. The only thing that could have been better. The breakfast sausage and bacon was under cooked. They need to cook that more, especially pork.

I ordered pancakes and eggs. Holy shrinkflation batman! The pancakes were literally 1/2 the size they used to be. 😞 Thankfully they didn't short the eggs, hash browns or bacon. Eggs where only semi warm. The good news was that I was hungry and finished everything so there was no waste. Bill was $56 for two, pretty dang expensive for a corporate restaurant. I think I'll go to a locally owned diner next time I go out for breakfast.
Service here was not good, came here twice recently and 15 minute wait just for a server to take an order during a time when it's not busy at all. Also the second time the hashbrown was way smaller and the cup for the water was smaller, smaller than the one everyone else had. Don't wanna call racism but when you're the only brown customer in the restaurant getting poor service, and smaller portions it's hard not to.

The truth is that everything is so, so delicious there!! I have the best memories of IHOP, the first time I came to the US with my children, my sister and brother-in-law took us to have breakfast there, it was my first American breakfast and it was excellent in 2006, and every year I return to the US, it is my place favorite to delight me again with its exquisite menus!! Very friendly employees and beautiful facilities!! Excellent!! 10 points
