This place was great! Had to kill time before our flight to the airport and stopped in. Place was a little small but we managed. Food was amazing! Got rockfish and chips, smash burgers and some cioppino. Everything was fresh including the 1/2 pound of Poke for the appetizer. Staff was very friendly as well. Worth going back to try more items if I am in the area again.
Excellent fresh seafood across-the-board. The raw fresh preparations like the uni and oysters are vibrant, bright, briny, sweet, and unequivocally fresh. The seafood classics like the clam chowder are rich, deep, and unctuous. The raw dishes like the ceviche are perfectly balanced and orchestrated, with the crunchy tortilla exterior, creamy avocado, sweet seafood accentuated with juicy mango, and the lemon/lime acidic punch. Great new seafood place in Goleta! Very convenient to get some fresh seafood without having to drive downtown. We ordered the calamari, fish tacos with clam chowder, and cioppino. My favorite was the calamari. I think this is my new favorite calamari in town! Cioppino was a little underwhelming, but the seafood in it was very fresh. Tabasco helped to elevate the flavor.
