Took 20 minutes to get our drinks. Coffee was not fresh.
I was waiting for almost 15 minutes in line, watching one guy do all the work while another guy was in me back cleaning or something. There were only two people in front of me the whole time, but the line was not moving. What made me decide to stop waiting and leave was the employee that had been in the back the whole time came out to grab something, coughed directly onto his hand and continued to handle items without ever washing his hands.
I hate chain coffee shops. People complain about gas prices. Yet they pay 40 buck a gallon for coffe
