Chili's Reviews
Lunch was the triple dipper that was huge. Chicken strips, fried mozzarella, and egg rolls all excellent. I had the 3 for me sirloin that was waaaaaaaaay past medium but fortunately was still pretty tender and not too dried out. For some reason broccoli wasn't available so I said yes to asparagus which was tough and stringy. I only ate the tops. Hard to understand running out of broccoli. Mashed potatoes were good and so was the iced tea. Service was OK. Call it 3 1/2 stars.
Wow. Shark attack margs were ferdaaa. We came for the margs and left with joyous memories. Atticus made our night. We’ve never laughed harder than at this Chilis. The vibes were perfect. Thanks for a night of wonderful service.
Never fell out of love with this place

Chili's Grill & Bar provides a mixed dining experience. The burgers and fries are fresh and the food is good with great deals, being consistently hot and fresh. It is a great place to relax with a beer or cocktail and a really affordable option. The staff is very welcoming and provides great service overall, with servers like Rosie being kind, attentive, and accurate.
While the service and meals were generally good, some aspects have faced criticism. Cleanliness remains a concern, with messy entrances and dirty bathrooms still noted. The atmosphere can feel overwhelming, often described as noisy and packed. Although the portions are large and tasty, some dishes, like the steak fajitas, have been reported as tough. The quality of the meat has been questioned, with some customers mentioning poor, tough, and gristly options.
Chili's features a variety of fried chicken dishes and a platter option with dipping sauces that customers have enjoyed. However, there are fewer healthy choices available. The staff, mostly young and sometimes overwhelmed, have created a frustrating dining experience for some. Despite these challenges, Chili's is still a decent option for families, especially with its kid-friendly atmosphere, but there is a clear need for improvement in various areas. Parking can also be an issue, as it shares space with other restaurants.
