Personally I don’t understand having a manager who can’t communicate with the customers. As a manger myself I definitely wouldn’t have someone there that can be argumentative with customers. I ordered a mushroom and sausage deep dish pizza. I wasn’t upset about the 20 minute wait time. No big deal. But when I got my pizza it was a stuff crust. I loved it when I was a regular back in the day but recently the employees have been forgetting orders and getting them wrong 4 times I can count where I got home and it was the wrong order But besides that if they get your order right it's hot it's fresh and it's really good quality
