Phamous Cafe is hands down our family’s favorite neighborhood restaurant! It’s a wonderful place to enjoy good food in a casual and relaxed environment. We eat here once every week or two and everything on their menu is delicious. The owner and staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and they have my kids’ orders memorized. This is my family's go to place for Pho in Goleta, the owner and the waiter are always kind to us and their Pho is delicious! It's hard to get other dishes besides the Pho, but we've also tried the appetizers and the Rice Vermicelli, and they are also outstanding!
