I don't know this place has bad reviews! I've been here several times because I work in the area, and have never had a problem. Always make my food correctly and quickly. The place is always clean and the workers are kind and have good customer service.
A friend and I planned to catch up and have lunch after a professional meeting in Granite Bay. I had done a little searching on Yelp the day before and this had a great central location and wouldn't require a down payment . The reviews scared me a little bit, though! To be fair, I've only used the drive-through, and I've only ever ordered the mixed berry muffins, which are addictive and probably nutritionally indefensible. So my rating of 4 stars for food and atmosphere may be unfair or undeserved. The staff here is quite pleasant, though, so the 5 stars for service is well deserved. Note that they close pretty early in the afternoon.
