Went through drive thru and asked about the new drink that they offer called Surge. Wasn't sure if it was a soda or slushie, bottled or tap. When I asked if I could get it in a combo, the drive thru server named Hope condescendingly said, "Yeah. It's a drink." Got to the window and recieved an abrupt "$10.85." No Hi, how are you doing, no please, no thank you. Got home and the fries were cold.
Train the night crew better
Service was disappointing
& Ladies bathroom had feces sprayed on the potty according to my wife
