I haven't been able to go to a bakery for years due to celiacs. I've never got sick from here everything is 100% gluten free but also 100% delicious. This place makes me happy! It's a nice treat!

This is my favorite coffee shop in Grass Valley. Everything here is completely gluten free and it tastes so good! I also love their maple mushroom chai and lavender matcha. On a hot summer day the iced mint tea is also great.Crinkle cookies and donuts are my favorite - I hope they make more of the elusive maple donuts, I've only ever seen them twice. There is local art and a forest vibe here and I always love to visit just for a break from the day. All of the staff are always super nice. I'm a regular there for sure :)Dietary restrictions: The best place ever for gluten free baked goods! They also have plenty of dairy free options and sugar free drinks. They're very diet conscious so you can always ask them about specific ingredients if you have a preference or allergy.

100% gluten free, which I don’t require, but is a cool offering! I had their chai latte with organic milk- it wasn’t too sweet which is great because I’m very picky with my chai. The girls behind the counter are cold which is why this is not 5 stars.

It is not often you run into a 100% Gluten-Free bakery in a small town but it is here! My wife is gluten-free so finding tasty baked goods can be difficult. We saw Corvus and immediately dove in. The staff was super helpful and informative. They sold out of cinnamon rolls but had just put a fresh batch in the oven. We came back 20 min later and got cinnamon roll gold! The fresh hot gooey goodness was hot out of the oven. My wife was in heaven. I had a pumpkin spice latte to help me celebrate Cornish Christmas and it did not disappoint. Corvus has a historic kick back vibe which was exactly what we needed. Thank you Corvus for your tasty treats!

This is the best little bakery and coffee shop I have ever been to in my whole life. Never mind that it is gluten free. That is just a bonus. They have the best baked goods and they serve absolutely excellent coffee. Im a coffee snob so thats saying something. The owner has decorated the place so cute and she has an amazing crew. I love love love this place. The cranberry orange scones are my favorite. They make all their own ingredients and use organic in most things. Even the cows milk is organic! You can’t go wrong with whatever you try. First place I ever had a savory scone which is fabulous. Also first place I tried micro greens on a frittata. YUM! You just cant go wrong here.Vegetarian options: Veggie frittata, salads, veggie hand pieDietary restrictions: 100% gluten free everythingKid-friendliness: Appropriate atmosphere for family. Sometimes music is weird.

We stopped by when passing through on a road trip and loved it so much that we stopped again on the way back. The Chai cake was so delicious and the cinnamon rolls were the best gluten free cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had. What a dream come true!

The fiance was very excited to try this place as she has a gluten sensitivity. I typically don't care for gluten-free things, so bear that in mind when reading... Food - We tried a Persian love cake and a chocolate doughnut with sprinkles. I did not try the doughnut, but the Persian love cake was fantastic. If someone would have handed me this on the street, I would have never guessed it was a gluten free baked good. It was moist, flavorful and simply delicious. It's honestly something I'd go out of my way to eat again. Atmosphere - It's a fairly small bakery, but there's seating if you wish to eat there. We were on the go, so we took our order to-go and ate it later. Cute little bakery. Service - The lady working was very sweet and helpful. The place was full of good vibes, so no complaints with the service. Overall, I'd definitely return to try other things and I know my fiance will definitely want to return too. Now that I've had a gluten free baked good that doesn't taste weird or dry, I'm definitely more excited to try other items. Keep up the great work!

Yummy cookies!! [Grass Valley CA] I'm hitting this place up the next time I'm back in the Gold Country. I'm a sucker for bakeries and when I saw this shop located across the Del Oro Theatre I immediately checked it out. Cute interior with indoor and outdoor available seating. I walked in around 3:00p, 1.5 hrs before they closed at 4:30p. Selection was sparse especially on their cakes. I really wanted to try their carrot cake and the cinnamon roll. So I went over to the cookies and pastry side of the counter. I chose two cookies, Chocolate Crinkle and Peanut Butter. I ate the chocolate cookie first... it was soft and warm and heavenly. I'm in love with this cookie. Their baked goods are 100% gluten free! They offer daily selection of baked goods, drink menu and lunch options. Service is friendly. Review #3193

Our second visit to this gem of a bakery! I'm always excited when everything is gluten free and this cafe does not disappoint! Today we arrived late and missed out on some of the delicious-sounding options (and their signature chai, which is outstanding), but we were very happy with our frittata and baked goods! The carrot cake was to die for as was the Persian love cake. The texture of both cakes was rich and smooth, not missing the gluten at all. The spices, nuts, and other ingredients were flavorful and well-balanced. One of the highlights of our experience odowntown Grass Valley!

Ordered 3 specialty Coffee's and pastries. All were good. Nice atmosphere. Our experience would have been nice however, if you order 2 double shots (4 shots) of espresso and ask for a larger cup to allow for some half n' half, they wanted to charge me for a Breve' with 2 extra shots. I said I didn't want a Breve' as it is too weak. I promised I wouldn't use any more than I would use in a regular coffee. I was totally made to feel like a cheapskate in front of all customers and employees present. Literally only used 2 oz of 1/2 n' 1/2. Just whom is really being the cheapskate here? This is literally a hypocritical blame shift with the intent to gaslight. Understanding there are some patrons that may take advantage of your establishments condiments does not mean that a paying patron whom orders 4 items has this intent. Not a very good business tactic, let alone way to treat your customers or welcome them to return. Customer Relations 101.
