My mom loves KFC so we try to get it for her a few times a year. The ladies here are so kind and patient (especially since we ordered to the wrong store! Confusion with Grass Valley Hwy which is in Auburn vs the Grass Valley store which is on Nevada Hwy!) and helped correct the error and point me in getting a refund and reordering then rushed to fill the order for me!
Mom was happy to get her fix! ☺️

I visited the KFC / A&W restaurant in Grass Valley, California the other day and had an outstanding experience. I ordered the special, which was 2 pieces of chicken, biscuit, and mashed potatoes with gravy. I also ordered the chili cheese dog and an A&W root beer. All items were served fresh and hot and tasted great. The A&W root beer really hits the spot! The restaurant was clean, 2 restrooms were available, and I had no problem parking. I will be back!
