The food was fresh and homemade but we didn’t like some of the flavors. The chicken schwarma was bland and the other additions to the plate didn’t really add much flavor. The hummus was meh, and the rice was decent. The beef/lamb schwarma had more flavor and was enjoyable. The service was fast and the interior is nice and cozy. I had the chicken schwarma pita on another occasion and enjoyed it, so I’d probably get that again over the schwarma plate. Still quality food but...
Meze catered our rehearsal dinner for our wedding at a private residence. They were very easy to work throughout the experience. They came early to set up. All the food was beautifully presented with labels in the kitchen. The food was the same excellent quality as it is in their restaurant. I would most certainly hire them again!
I wish I could give 4.5 stars. First visit, very large menu. Counter service. Indoor and outdoor seating. Very little street parking but a nice free city parking lot just a block away. My wife ordered a half pita chicken shawarma that she enjoyed very much. It is very nice that they offer half pitas. The pita bread was very fresh. I ordered a beef and lamb kabob pita. Very tasty, lots of veggies. I almost thought that they gave me the wrong order because the first thing on top...
