We had a large group with 11 couples and Kameron did a great job of taking care of us! She was so pleasant and good at taking care of our group. The drinks were good, food was great, the location is fun and we were very happy with the service we received.

My wife and I have been popping into Fins every few months over the last 4 years. Durring that time, we have had both amazing and just "average" experiences. The one constant that makes us continually come back is a server (I believe her name is Miriam). She has been a ROCKSTAR every time we have been in her section. She is super friendly and literally remembers our drink orders even if months have passed between visits. She always checks on our table and has helped customize orders for our toddlers picky pallet. Catching up with her is a highlight of our visits.
The food is usually great, and the patio view can't be beat!
Just ask the Host to sit in her section ;-)

Dined in with family last night and it was terrible service. It’s extremely rare for me to leave an establishment like this so upset. The waitress #13 looked like she was on something and still was terrible at her job. Honestly felt discriminated against. Sat my family in a back corner “it’s private” she said and my aunt just agreed to the spot she offered. Her enthusiasm was TOO MUCH, almost condescending. We waited so long for her to take our food order. Split into four groups, one of witch was me and my six year old son who was so hungry and then once she took our order he practically waited with his head down almost crying because it took so long.. for a corn dog and fries. Finally they bring me my 22$ cold hard steak bites and cold “garlic bread bites” that i thought would be a good choice! They were also hard and overcooked :( and since our group was 11 people we each had a tip 20% forced to each of our bills! Absolutely unacceptable for the service. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted in their service and will never eat here again. Please do better. I think its time for retraining or more staff that can actually do their job! Would not have been a problem even if the food was good but every part of my experience was awful.

I took my sister & brother-in-law here yesterday when they had only one night in town. THAT'S how fond I am of Fin's! It checks all the boxes: good food & drinks, GREAT VIEW(!!), Dog-friendly, and fun, delightful atmosphere. Oh! And great, friendly Service too! I just wish they'd be a little more generous with the portions in the kitchen. (I mean, for the price!) But I wasn't "starved," so I did manage to take home leftovers, but just barely!

Yummy seafood in a relaxed vibe with live music and ocean front views! I like hanging out in the outdoor patio for wine or cocktails. I thoroughly enjoy the ladies golf night in summer too. Thank you Fins!

Fin's still providing good food and beverages in an oceanside setting. In the many times I've eaten at Fin's, this is the first time I've tried the clam chowder. Oh what I've been missing! Delicious! The fish tacos were very good. Fin's has a casual menu and a wide cocktail choices that's a great match for it's setting.

Ordered a shrimp cocktail... so disgusting... just a glass with tomato ketchup or tomato puree in a coupe, with 6 shrimps on top... I gave it back, and didn't have to pay for it, but didn't pay for it either. My wife had mussel soup, but it wasn't tasty either...too bad.

We stopped in today and had the best service from Kam. She was one of the best waitresses we have ever had. So friendly and helpful. Also we had help from mariam. Both beautiful people!!! The food was so fresh and amazing. 10 out of 10. We will be back for sure. Our favorite new pismo/ grover spot!!!! Must try it out and ask for these 2 ladies

Fins is right at the entrance to the beach. They have great clam chowder, and it comes with the meals. I had Mahi Mahi Taco's, comes with 3 loaded Taco's. My wife had the coconut shrimp.

First time visiting Grover Beach and after hanging out at the beach decided to stop in. The atmosphere was very relaxed. Food was great. My wife loved the clam chowder and the 1/2 lb burger was great. The service, while a bit slow, was still good. The staff was always friendly and attentive. This will definitely be a spot we stop by again.

Outstanding restaurant. Great service, friendly staff, and delicious food! Love the music and laid-back environment. Located right on the water. We came here for lunch one day, and came back the next day because we had such a positive experience.
