Came from out of town; first time there today. Chips and salsa was BOMBBBBB!! Not too spicy, warm chips, best salsa I’ve had in YEARS! Waitress checked on us multiple times. I got the enchilada suizas and my mom got the mole enchiladas with a ground beef crunchy taco. Everything was bomb! And apparently they do karaoke on Thursday and Friday nights lol who knew. That was an interesting experience hahahha

We arrived mid-afternoon for lunch. One server for less than 6 patrons. We told the server that it was our first time there. I ordered the pork belly quesadilla and the beef taquitos. My wife ordered the chili colorado shredded beef burito. The server brought us chips and salsa both of which were fresh and tasty. Our main meal came to us about 10 minutes after ordering. Nice presentation. The taquitos were very tasty but a bit over fried. However, the pork belly quesadilla was AMAZING! I've eaten a lot of mexican food in my life but have never had a dish this spectacular. My wife's burrito was perfect and was completely consumed! We plan on going back to try other items on the menu .

Great food and salsa!
We decided on lunch here after reading the last few stellar reviews and happy to report, it lived up to the hype! The woman serving us was so gracious, kind, and quick to bring lots of salsa/drink refills. We felt so comfortable and at home here ?
The food was delicious - their chips + salsa are some of the best I’ve had, the chicken flautas were HUGE, and the pork belly quesadilla was great too. The quality of the food was equally impressive as the very generous serving sizes.
We left super full and happy! Would’ve come back for lunch today if we were staying in town ? Thank you!!

Scouting AG for a Mexican restaurant, we stopped at La Casita. Not only did it looked close, it was dark, no food smell a very sad dark place. We did order a Margarita that had no resemblance to any Margarita I've ever seen and at $17.49 it was a complete rip off. Sad to think this is what people think good Mexican food is.

Fantastic cocktails, tequila and mezcal bottles you won’t find anywhere on the central coast. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and talented bar tender, they also have cocktails in a can to-go that they make in house. The home style food is great as well, very highly recommended

This restaurant is a hidden gem in Grover Beach. The food is fresh and filling, the drinks are crafted to perfection! The service is genuine. The weekend activities such as the DJ's, Karaoke Parties and Comedy Events really give something fun for both locals and visitors to enjoy. The place is spacious yet cozy, very welcoming. Give the place a visit if you're in the Grover Beach area!
Parking: Too many spots to count! So much free parking!
Wheelchair accessibility: You can go right in, no odd steps anywhere.

On June 22, 2024, I had the opportunity to dine at the establishment. While the food was ok, the service left much to be desired. With only one server attending to ten customers, the level of attention was lacking. Additionally, the chips were excessively salty, and the asada nachos, though tasty, suffered from overly large meat chunks, My colleague almost choked on one piece.

Ordered from Door Dash. Not bad if you’re hungry. I’m ethnic Mexican so I’m going to judge it harder. I may be biased but I feel like Mexican food in any beach/tourist area is just not as good as inland Mexican food.
