Then placed another order, the food was left sitting on the counter without anyone announcing the order number, leaving me to figure it out on my own.

Avoid this place at all costs please! I don’t eat out often, but since we didn’t cook today at home I decided to place an order through the app. I picked it up at the drive-thru and went on my way to work. When I arrived I opened the bag at work & there was an alive bug in the bag. Absolutely nauseating and ridiculous. I’m never coming back here again & I threw away the food I got.
