Then placed another order, the food was left sitting on the counter without anyone announcing the order number, leaving me to figure it out on my own.

Avoid this place at all costs please! I don’t eat out often, but since we didn’t cook today at home I decided to place an order through the app. I picked it up at the drive-thru and went on my way to work. When I arrived I opened the bag at work & there was an alive bug in the bag. Absolutely nauseating and ridiculous. I’m never coming back here again & I threw away the food I got.

Very unhappy, workers not friendly or helpful. No longer provide customer service. If there a fast food war they will not get my vote. Aren't the workers earning at least $17 or $18 per hour? It's an enterprise level job so wages are good

Don't use your app at this location if you can avoid it my order is always incorrect when I order over the app I've tried talking to the people and the owner of this location there's nothing they can do once taking your money from the app you can't be refunded from the app and the owner at this location will only pay you back personally so you have to be there when he's there update try to give them another chance today ordered my phone on the online app I came in the store when it was ready but all the workers make sure to not make eye contact after I sat there for a while event processing multiple online orders they said oh sorry we thought you were waiting for another order instead of asking me what I was waiting for disestablishment needs new ownership and management I've already talked to the owner of this establishment or which he stated he ran whiskey was extremely unprofessional and would only give me a refund if I came in in person while he was here I go out of town a lot and I was unable to do it so was unable to ever accomplish my refund

The new steak and egg bagels are wonderful but oily. They nearly stopped offering cashier service, trying to make customers us app or kiosk to order. Very frustrating for elderly or disabled.

If you're using the mobile app avoid this McDonald's! Twice they have not had my order available. I've yet to receive a refund as promised. Other locations that I've had similar issues generally comp another meal. This location wanted to charge me. Horrible customer service. Definitely visiting the 410 location in Arroyo Grande from now on. Probably owned by the same franchisee however their service is much better.
