El Guero has pride in his food and it really shows by the quality of the ingredients he uses. I have been eating some of the best Mexican food for the past 35 years and El Guero is now towards the top of my list. His cilantro is super flavorful and if you’re too scared to try his habanero sauce, we’ll you just aren’t living your life to the fullest! His Birria is amazing. I was in Arroyo Grande for the week looking at taquerias to eat at, since I believed I haven’t really had any good Mexican food at the coast before. This place really changed that. Super kind and very fast service really pushed this taco truck into promising territory for me. After eating 3 tacos and rice and beans, all I have to say is - wow. The al pastor was DELICIOUS.
