The service was good, the flavor was phenomenal, the texture was a bit off like it had ice crystals formed in it--not very creamy, and the atmosphere was... well, bougie tourist town, what do you expect? The price is absolutely absurd. I paid $7 for a single small scoop in a cone so bland and stale that I felt like I was eating a paper cup and wished I had just asked for one instead of having to keep biting through the gross waffle. I had the bourbon plum ice cream and I'd highly recommend that flavor if you want to try this place out.

The place is super cute and the young staff that works there is very friendly. Ice cream was good but not amazing. It wasn’t creamy, it felt like it was rushed while making. The warm waffle cone was delicious. Would definitely come again because it’s better than other options nearby, not that there are many. It’s always a bit overpriced. $14 for two scoops in a waffle cone for decent ice cream is a bit overpriced.

OK...my wife and I visited the Guerneville Bank Club last week. After reading all the reviews, I was expecting something close to "nirvana." Instead, both my wife and I were tremendously disappointed, I had the Madagascar Vanilla. I honestly think it tasted more like a powdered mix, rather than homemade. My wife chose the chocolate. She was shocked at how it was definitely not creamy and didn't have a deep chocolate flavor that she was expecting. She was also upset that the young lady who put one scoop of ice cream in a cup for me, and one scoop in a cup for my wife actually asked for a tip! Disappointed? Definitely...
