Wolfson is the best butcher and sandwiches in the area. I will drive from the Bay Area to Gustine just to get a brisket sandwich. The staff is kind friendly and helpful and their sausage is second to none.
Can't get enough of their sandwiches. My absolute favorite is the brisket but they are taste amazing and fill you up. And can't beat their prices. When I'm there I also pick up some marinated skirt steak which I'm pretty much addicted to now. Staff is super friendly.

I Use to always stop and buy the jerky & the old world linguica taking camping and Kokanee fishing at New Melonies lake rates right up there with corrilitos meat market and Freedom meat lockers
