The owners are ruining this location. There are better, NICER, and cleaner locations. Do not go here unless you want rude interactions with owners.

Should've made my own fried chicken, this place is not it.
Terrible customer service. The employees didn't want to give us the lunch deal and fried dumplings I paid for at the kiosk. They ripped me off about $10! This is the first time I ever gave a restaurant 1 star!

My experience here was horrible. My husband and I came here after our hike. It was our 1st time here & we ordered on the kiosk. We were the only ones there & the owners came yelling to us that they do not have the combos today. Honestly their reactions made us want to leave & get our $60 back. They were pointing at the menu screen on top of the wall where it says mon-thurs only, but as our 1st time here we only looked at the kiosk to see what was available, and the combo was an option. The owner immediately told us he had to charge us 6 dollars more because we got 3 combos. Then we showed him the receipt & informed him that we paid more. He then tried doing the math multiple times on the kiosk & resulted in him seeing that we paid $2 extra and said it was even. This made my experience horrible & I will not be returning. The quality of service & communication needs a lot of work. Would not recommend.

We recently tried bb.q Chicken and it did not disappoint! We ordered the Honey Garlic Wings and Ddeok-Bokki, and both were absolutely delicious.
The wings were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated in the perfect balance of sweet and garlicky goodness. As for the Ddeok-Bokki—wow! The chewy rice cakes were smothered in a rich, flavorful sauce that had just the right amount of spice.
Everything was fresh, tasty, and full of bold Korean flavor. Definitely coming back for more!
still the no.1 chicken wings in this area.
I tried honey garlic this time, very good. I like it.
Friendly business owner.
This place doesn't make the chicken right. I normally get it at another location but happened to be closer to this one that day so I went for it. The portion of honey garlic boneless chicken was like 2/3 the size of normal cuz the pieces were small. There wasn't enough of the glaze and they were all soggy. The experience was so disappointing I don't plan to come back.
Very delicious. Ordered many times
Chicken is not fresh and oil is not fresh.
Chicken should be more light and you can see that they used old oil.
Intended to order at qnother location but the app auyomatically picked this location. Never ordering from here again.

This is the worst bb.q chicken I’ve ever been to. Not being around that location, I didn’t know it was more of a “takeout” setting but because self ordering dining kiosk had “dine in” option, 2 previous coworkers and I decided to still eat there since we all never been to this location. The self order kiosk was really dirty and sticky too.
Once the food came out, food was on a tray which was fine but when I asked for plates to eat the chicken off of, they said “we don’t give plates” so we had to eat it off of one of the 3 napkins they gave us.
Tteokbokki was extremely dry and barely had any sauce. The spicy fried wings we ordered wasn’t even fully battered. This wasn’t my first time eating and ordering these items so I know how it tastes and how it looks like but it was nothing close to what I usually tasted or have seen before. Even when we asked for additional napkins we received a “nasty look” because our fingers gotten so dirty because we didn’t even have plates so we had no choice but to ask.
To top it off, the owner randomly came to us and kicked us out by saying they are closing in 5 minutes at 730pm. I heard the owner say to his wife in Korean that “ oh I told them to leave because we are closing in 5 minutes” I was really pissed off with how they treated us. By the time I walked by after I ate, it was still open.
If they told us from the beginning to not dine in and do a take out, we would’ve done so or ate somewhere else. We were treated with disrespect and ruined the moods for all 3 of us. I do usually give 15% minimum but I didn’t know I pressed 0% until my previous coworkers told me so maybe that’s what caused bad service or something but I’m glad I didn’t.
Never going to come to this location again and with rising food prices, it felt like I wasted my money.

Delicious. This was our first time coming to this restaurant. My husband loves Korean BBQ and has tried various restaurants. This one is now my favorite. They have sauce options that many other Korean BBQ does not have.
We got Spicy Galbi wings and Secret Sauce boneless. The bone-in was definitely my favorite. They were cooked well and crispy. The secret sauce had good flavor too. The boneless pieces were large and saucy.

I love it. The 아저씨 (uncle) is really nice. He always gets my correct order, and I love to buy wings, especially honey garlic wings, which are really tasted and crispy 😋
