Bro the food is phenomenal it was so bomb but the store was like not the cleanest or it didn’t look nice but the workers are so amazing cuz like I actually couldn’t wait anymore my big back butt literally couldn’t wait so I was waiting outside and the lady literally walked out to hand it to me but I thought that was pretty sweet the food was so good imma always buy my chicken here

Waited almost an hour for my order and had to leave it. It was supposed to be ready at 6:30 and I waited until 7:20 and had to leave bc I was late for the movies. Staff did not speak English so I was unable to get help or a refund. When I try to request for support online, no one picks up the phone

Was wondering why it was empty at what should have been the busiest hour. The chicken was really really dry I think they just overcooked it? But it really just tasted like they refried and old batch of chicken that they could not sale. 오래된 치킨을 다시 사용한 느낌이 드네요... 다른집들 가세요

Well I filed a claim with bb.q headquarters because this place needs to be investigated asap. The place is currently a mess, the staff are rude, you aren't allowed to dine in for some unexplainable reason (over an hour and a half before closing time), and they outright refuse to refund you even just moments after placing an order (well before they even started working on your order).

My girlfriend and I really enjoy the Alhambra and Brea bb.q's. Such a shame that this place tarnishes bb.q's reputation.

Think of how many potential future customers are turned away after having the unfortunate circumstance of going to this bb.q chicken first. They will never go to a bb.q again

I placed a takeout order here on 4/1/26 and when I got to the store, they were closed. I still haven't received a refund. This is unacceptable.

If your establishment is going to be closed for a few days make sure to turn off any order devices because I placed an order through pick up on their bbq website and when i show up it’s closed. But it kept saying my order is being processed then it said thank u for picking it up which is a lie because i didn’t receive any food. Tried calling the number but it was just the store number and because it wasn’t actually door dash I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Can I please get my refund. Then i go in to communicate that and the people didn’t understand me (language barrier) and didn’t return anything to me.

DINE IN SPACE REALLY SMALL. I RECOMMEND PLACING YOUR ORDER ON THE APP AND PICK UP. Owners and workers don’t speak English, but are very nice. Food is AWESOME. Everything was cooked perfectly. Everyone at my party really enjoyed it. I should have ordered more.

I ordered takeout at their kiosk: 1-Golden Garlic whole chicken snd 1-Golden Original Boneless.
Took the food home and the Golden Garlic was overly seasoned with sugar added, which is not what the menu item described, therefore not what I ordered.
Please look go another location if you want bbq chicken. There needs to be a major improvement made here.

No one here speaks English. The service was terrible. 30+ min wait and I was the only customer. Will never visit again. Wish I could get a refund but they refused to offer me one. Ridiculous.

I went in and got a simple 8pc wings and some fries and after I paid I was told I couldn't get the combo then I asked for them to cancel my order I just placed and they refused. Then they made me wait over 30mins for my order while the old man was walking in the kitchen snacking on fries and picking his teeth in the kitchen in plain view. I will never go to another bb.q chicken ever again. Worst experience of all time. Stay far away.

The chicken dishes were very authentic, and the service was excellent.
