This is officially the worst place to ever get your drink made!!! Seriously I ordered a venti iced brown sugar shaken espresso and I get some bogus concoction that these so called baristas threw together . They swore this drink is just 4 espresso shots and ice smh! Just horrible. Fire the whole team they are just . Never will I ever return here to order a drink again .

Sub-par establishment. If you don’t tip on the mobile order they just give you a bunch of ice instead of actual beverage. Didn’t help that they couldn’t find my order or made me wait longer even though my drink was already prepped next to them.

Every time I go in here, I get the worse service. Today I went in and asked for a grande size and they gave me a tall but charged for a grande. When I went to ask if that was a tall they said blatantly "it's a grande"!! As if I didn't know. I also ordered a drink for my grandson and his was a grande and clearly his was bigger than mine. Needless to say, am not going back here again. The lady is is always there in the morning is not the friendliest. God bless her.

Worst Starbucks ever, the staff is not friendly at ALL. I have experience in customer service and I can't even get a soft Smile trying to order. Very rude and kind of get out of my face leave me alone type of vibe no matter if you are nice to them or not. I would say the last time I had good customer service would probably be in 2017. Definitely undertrained and I wouldn't even bother trying to go to that Starbucks knowing that they always out of everything! Don't waste your time and go somewhere else!

Terrible customer service - this Starbucks location is understaffed with rude workers. So you're waiting a long time to interact with people that made you wonder why you showed up in the first place. If the experience is neither convenient nor pleasant, what's the point? This experience reinforced the idea that maybe the slightly longer drive to 85C or the other Starbucks down the street is worth it. Or maybe to give popping yolk (opens at 7am in the same plaza) or cafe fc (opens at 7am across the street) a chance. At this point you'd probably get your coffee at the same time anyways, might as well try to have a nicer morning
The guy during closing shift was very nice to my sister! She managed to spill water all over but he didn't make a fuss and cleaned it up right away and got her another cup of water. He was very helpful and when I got there, offered a great drink recommendation. Provided really good customer service! I hope Starbucks gives him a raise!

I am not surprised to see these many reviews on their attitudes... I love this place until a woman showed up here who wears glasses never smile to any customer and she made this Starbucks worse and worse... They would smile to each other but to any customers, only one girl here who is kind and polite her name is Alex. Other people are so rude, they gave me the wrong drink, then they said it must be you took the wrong drink... I would really complain them to Starbucks customer service tomorrow. I hate them to ruin our convenience store for the residents here.
