Blue Dragon Pho offers delicious pho and outstanding customer service with fresh ingredients. The Dragon Pork Noodle Bowl, Beef Pho Special, Dragon Tea, Tiger Tea, and Asian pear kimchi were all flavorful and fresh. The small kitchen allows for small batch, made-to-order dishes, adding to the incredible flavors. The owner, Sandy, adds a personal touch to the experience, sharing her story and inspiration behind the dishes. The Laotian style pork special of the day was a hit, along with the perfectly refreshing iced hibiscus drink. The sense of love and community in the small space makes dining at Blue Dragon Pho a unique and special experience.
