Holy cow this place was delicious! We had breakfast, pastry, and coffee and everything was just wonderful. The egg scramble had perfectly diced ham and veggies, just the right amount of cheese, and was perfectly cooked. The croissant cinnamon roll was divine, loaded with pecans and not too sweet. I stopped by this place while strolling down the roads of half moon bay city. It looked like a very warm and cozy cafe. They serve wood fired pizza, and it is delicious. I didn’t like their coffee much. But it wasn’t bad.
While strolling down the center of town, it became obvious, "things had changed", some shops had closed, a few of our favorites, hours of business had shortened, so, it was a very pleasant surprise, to find Moonside Bakery open. With Social Distancing a concern, the outdoor seating and that in the open area of the complex, allowed us to feel comfortable.
