I am so pleased at how good the French Vanilla bread pudding was. The customer service was exceptional. I recommend this place.

AMAZING! We found this gem whilst travelling on Highway 1 from Monterey to San Francisco. The sandwiches were amazing, cakes to die for and staff were lovely and friendly!

Holy cow this place was delicious! We had breakfast, pastry, and coffee and everything was just wonderful. The egg scramble had perfectly diced ham and veggies, just the right amount of cheese, and was perfectly cooked. The croissant cinnamon roll was divine, loaded with pecans and not too sweet. Both our coffee and latte had great flavor. Prices were very reasonable for the area, and the space was bright and clean. We also got bread and cookies to go, and they were all really good as well. Highly recommend this wonderful bakery.

Stopped by for some treats. Definitely well-stocked bakery. The cookies were delicious. They lady behind the counter definitely either didn't want to be there or really didn't care at all, but it's hard to find good help these days. Prices seemed a bit high for a basic cookie, but maybe that's a combo of California and 2022 inflation. Overall still think it was worth the visit.

I stopped by this place while strolling down the roads of half moon bay city. It looked like a very warm and cozy cafe. They serve wood fired pizza, and it is delicious. I didn’t like their coffee much. But it wasn’t bad.

While strolling down the center of town, it became obvious, "things had changed", some shops had closed, a few of our favorites, hours of business had shortened, so, it was a very pleasant surprise, to find Moonside Bakery open. With Social Distancing a concern, the outdoor seating and that in the open area of the complex, allowed us to feel comfortable. Missing what was used to be a short trip over the mountain for fresh air, espresso and "something sweet", we had our standard, a Latte, hot, with just enough froth, a strong double espresso, and a slice of their moist Blueberry Cake/Bread. Of course, we were tempted by their other goodies but will leave those to you. If you're in the area, spend a day in Half Moon Bay, grab lunch/Dinner and a nice Espresso at Moonside!

This is located right along the west side of the main street going through Half-Moon Bay. There is parking out front on the street. The restaurant is a bakery. You order and pay at the counter. The staff was very nice. We ordered breakfast. The food was very good. There are a few tables inside but more in the atrium behind the store. It’s a very interesting inside courtyard. The food was good, thr pieces were reasonable and the staff was nice. A good place to eat in this area.

We have been coming here for a while now. wanted to bring a family member that has been hearing us talk about this bakery for a long time. We had coffee cookies and pastries. We usually get the breakfast pizza took home a loaf of the lemon blueberry bread everything was good

Wide variety of choices on menu. Our group had one breakfast, one salad, one pizza. All were high quality, made fresh, tasted great. Large portions enough to share. Coffee was great too. Desserts looked great - we were too full to try!
We went to the Moonside Bakery and Cafe. Its a good lunch and bakery in the downtown Half Moon Bay area. Given its close to Christmas, ,they were offering various holiday baked goods for sell.

This time a friend was with me, and she bought a huge assortment of all kinds of goodies...cookies galore... Yum We only purchased from the bakery, not the cafe...but if the bakery is any indication, we will definitely eat at the cafe next time.
