From the wine, soup and main dish everything was delicious... The seating was so comfy, love this place!!
Everything is delicious. Great crudo and ceviche and wonderful meats with unctious hearty sauces. Visit before they close in early May!

Gibraltar Gems, located inside Jettywave Distillery, is a coastal jewel in Princeton. The chef, a celebrated flavor mastermind and true artist, composes each dish as a quiet symphony. The menu is adventurous and packed with flavor, featuring perfectly cooked, balanced, and deeply satisfying plates like the Panang Curry Chicken. Every combination is well thought out, using the best ingredients, and you cannot go wrong with any choice.
The atmosphere is super cute, where you can cozy up outdoors by the fire pits or eat indoors. It is a popular and often busy place, but the staff remain quick, helpful, and friendly. The food pairs perfectly with delicious cocktails from the distillery. They also offer exceptional quarterly chef's tasting experiences with cocktail pairings. It is off the beaten path, but entirely worth it for a memorable meal.
