Lamas Peruvian and Mexican Cuisine

After a long hike, I was craving some delicious food and wanted to enjoy it leisurely in my car. I did a quick search and came across this food truck. The parking lot was open, so I decided to give it a try.
The chicken tacos were so amazing that I didn't even bother trying anything else. I'll definitely be coming back for more! This food truck is a must-try with its wide variety of menu options. Go ahead and give it a shot.

Loved our Empanadas both beef and chicken and the $1.50 chips and salsa are a must get. The food truck parking lot atmosphere was less than ideal.

Delicious food. Great portions. Quick service. 10/10. I'll visit Half Moon Bay just to get that grilled chicken burrito bowl at Lamas.

I went today to enjoy a ceviche by the beach. I have been there last year and it was ok. But I don't know what happened to this place.. Ceviche was not good at all. I ordered limeño and mixto. Fish was with scales and hard membranes, corn and sweet potato was hard undercook. And worst of all it didn't have enough lime. I am peruvian and I feel bad thinking other people try this and think this is how peruvian Ceviche should taste. Chicha morada wasn't great either.
We were lucky to find a gelato store near by to take that bad after taste

This place was good about a year ago. Their carnitas was outstanding, however, recent orders have been half fat with dried meat instead of all meat that had a great flavor and texture. My friends have also complained that the shrimp tacos are frequently undercooked. There are better options nearby.

Worst food truck ever! Google map over-rated this place and it was a very crude place at the parking lot! And the wind blowing your food away. The food never looks like what they are in the menu and tastes horrible! Don't come to this place!

Ceviche really good.. a little on the salty side but still good.. the loma saltado burrito best burrito ever.. traveling from gilroy san jose milpitas Fremont concord antioch santa Cruz san Francisco walnut creek.. you definitely need to try this burrito

Got the lomo Saltado burrito, more like lamo-saltado burrito! Dry as hell and just full of raw fries. Almost no steak, real bummer for like 20 dollars.

I got a shrimp torta and it was hands down the best torta I have ever eaten! The fried cheese on the bread was a delightful surprise and all the flavors married beautifully! Yum! If I wasn't so full I would eat another one right now!
