I grew up in this area, and let me tell you, this was my FAVORITE restaurant! The shredded chicken burrito is so delicious, and comes with a large side of rice and beans. Every year o my birthday, this is where ai asked my grandfather o take me. It’s nice to see, that 41 YEARS later, Spanish Town is still open, and in the exact same location! Very few restaurants can say that! Give it a try, you won’t regret it!

After years of saying “I need to stop in”, I finally made it to Spanishtown Mexican Restaurant, and I’m glad I did. Coastside locals, take note—this spot is absolutely worth a visit (and repeat visits).

Found this gem off the beaten path 2 blocks from Main Street. Been around 4 years. Had the crab enchiladas black beans & rice. Service was wonderful & they’ve definitely got a community following. Prices reasonable. Large outside patio & back entrance if stairs are not your thing
