As a vegetarian choosing a dinner meal I opted for the Roasted carrots salad and quinoa pilaf. Looks were deceiving because they didn’t seem like much, other than just some carrots with fresh greens and quinoa and mushrooms with grated parmesan on top. However, I was pleasantly surprised that both dishes were more than ordinary; very fresh and delicious. I’m also glad that I made the last minute decision to order the salad as well for some extra greens to accompany my dinner....
It is in the Ritz Carlton. And it is five stars for a reason.
It is very, very welcoming when we walk in. The hostess was very polite and friendly, ushering us to the table that we like by the window.
We have Donte helping us to day and he is a such wonderful person and makes everything so easy and pleasant.

- The Conservatory food was extremely fresh, and the servers were highly attentive. Even though the prices are a bit higher due to the location and being in the resort, they were fair for the value. The seafood for both the breakfast and the dinner menus were delicious
- The server at breakfast (something similar to Maura? Her name began with a “M”) was especially impressive, as she catered to different personalities and knew when to be extra talkative...
