This place has horrible service there rude and Discriminate people. They were very rude to a person that wanted to order some food. IM NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.
Their food is not bad, but last weekend the staff was very unfriendly and didn’t make our party of 9 feel welcome. They acted as though we were an inconvenience and didn’t seem to care we were there to spend a good chunk of money and would have been happy to leave a generous tip. Everyone still tipped even though I thought this might be a time we should not have. I am a foodie visiting Hanford from San Diego. I was very skeptical about this restaurant, however, I really wanted Mexican food and El Tarasco was one of the fiew open (outdoor dining tables). I was shocked with the quality I received. The chile rellenos are EXCELLENT (my benchmark----a fresh grilled pepper, high quality cheese, and not at all greasy).
