“Mr. Alberto is a polite and passionate manager. There was a mix up with my order and I ended up waiting a bit of time but he made things right quickly. I also witnessed him deal with a less than patient and rude customer with decorum and grace.“
“I'm only giving 5 stars and recommending this location because of my experience with one of the workers. Alicia Dominguez helped me after I was there 2 days before and ordered with another person via drive thru that messed up my order. I came online not to go into detail about the order placed in error but Alicia helped me when I went back to replace the correct order again. When I say this lady went out of her way to make my order n experience a better one it's an understatement! I was very fortunate to encounter her that day because the other ppl SURELY never go out of their way to fix their errors. And every single time I'm in there (no exaggeration) there's at least 1 or 1 or 2 ppl that have errors with their orders. I've never witness or experienced someone trying so hard to make things right than Alicia. I mean, I was blown away. And how empathetic she was toward the incorrect order was outstanding. I've even been trying to call the store to speak to a manager to give her praise but she manager is never there or they don't answer the phone. I will try contacting corporate because customer service like that given by Alicia really needs to be heard. So I don't know if you plan on going to this location or not. The other reps aren't so bad...but I can tell u they make a lot of errors. But if ur lucky enough to get helped by Alicia Dominguez u will be in good hands!“
“I've been to this Taco Bell a handful of times over the years when I visit family and it's always been a good experience. It's a new building. The employees are nice. It's rarely full inside and it's clean. For a Taco Bell, it's top of the line.“
