The food was good and the service was decent. I gave it a 3 star due to the condition of the place. The ice machine was not working and the soda had too much syrup. The place looks a bit older and needs some cleaning and some remodeling. I did see some things that need to be fixed. For food wise, I was good and I would come back. They just need to fix up the place.

This place is filthy and disgusting very poorly managed and unsanitary inside and outside I don’t see how people eat here. The soda machine is disgusting and tastes extremely awful. They made my fries way before my actual food was cooked and ready therefore were served cold with absolutely too much salt. There were dead bugs all over especially in the windows and ugh the furniture just wreaked of bed bugs! There was hair on my food container…hands down disgusting even where they prepared the food was disgustingly filthy and just nasty!! I feel like I got a slight food poisoning right after I ate my food my stomach was immediately in discomfort. When I looked at the lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich it wasn’t fresh at all I threw out the other half! I honestly don’t see how this place is allowed to operate I will never ever stop here again!
THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT & CODE NEEDS TO VISIT THIS PLACE UNANNOUNCED ASAP!!!

Has gone down hill. The cleaning is very bad. The restaurant smells like a dirty mop and rags. Window frames, blinds, floors, walls, outside tables, everything is dirty. I seen the girl take someones plate out of the kitchen to the back room. The girl cook is very unsanitary. She picked up a piece of chicken teriyaki that fell off of my plate and ate it. Literally put her hand to her mouth, then touched my plate. She kept getting on her phone with the same gloves she kept cooking with. They are way over priced for a place that is unkept & food presentation sucks. They are plating on foam plates & they have a sign that says: No Ice because "Their ice machine takes forever to make ice, so you'll be lucky to get ice at the right time." Place just looks dead. If you would come here for the chicken teriyaki, do your self a favor and drive to: Time Out Burger in Downey. You won't regret it.

Called to place order figuring I save a couple bucks by not ordering online. They put me on hold for 15 min then hung up. Fine. I show up to order at the window and they charge me more at the window than if I ordered online. They're not honest and not worthy of your money.

Called 1 hour and 35 minutes before closing and they answered saying they're not taking phone orders and no more teriyaki orders anymore...

I bought a steak sandwich and the meat was ? bad. It tasted as if has been out of the fridge for a long time. It was too salty and with much spices as if with intentions of covering up any bad flavor. I called them to report it and they offer a refund if I come back but I was at work already. Then she said will give me a free meal next time. That doesn't fix the issue. They should remove their meat so no one gets ? sick. I won't come back for any "free meal" or to dine there or take out anymore.
