I really used to like Pizza Man back in the day when there were more locations around. I found that there was one in Hawaiian Gardens. I decided to order a large 3 topping pizza and an 8 piece fried chicken to go. To be honest, once I was in there to pick up my order, I was thinking what a mess. Very solid pizza, got a one topping pepperoni. The sauce was tangy and sweet but not overpowering, and the crust (most important part in my opinion) was crispy at the bottom but still with a little chew, the best texture for pizza. With all of these chains selling mediocre pizza I’m glad there are still local spots that sell quality product. Price was good too. Will definitely be coming back here. Great pizza.
