Azucanela is such a charming coffee shop! The atmosphere is peaceful and inviting, with beautiful decor that makes it feel cozy and special. I really enjoyed the coffee, it was rich and delicious. I tried the churro too; it had great flavor, though it was slightly undercooked. Still, this spot is definitely a hidden gem worth visiting!

Took an hour to get two churros and two coffees, granted they were pretty good but I wouldn’t recommend this place if you needed something quick… or within a reasonable amount of time.
Aside from that the atmosphere was very welcoming and the patio was large, vibrant, and fun with a variety of games to entertain your hour long wait for a churro and cup of coffee.

I used to really enjoy this place and have ordered from them multiple times through DoorDash, or had my husband pick up my drinks. The quality of their drinks is consistently good, which is what kept me coming back.
However, my experience changed when I visited the shop in person for the first time yesterday. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. An older woman who I believe may be the owner, was very rude. There was no greeting, just a cold, unfriendly...
