“LA Ale Works in Culver City is awesome! They have trivia every Tuesday, hosted by Lucky Guess Trivia, and specifically trivia master Drew. The questions are challenging, the host is hilarious and it's just simply a good time! The bar itself is cozy, drinks are great and added bonus that it's dog friendly. :)“

“Found this place while in the neighborhood and I'm glad I did. The owners were so nice and welcoming. This family owned business feels very warm. My sister and I really enjoyed talking to the owners. Awesome personalities and awesome service. Great space and location. Recommended .“
“Just had some beers here, but what a great place. Stopped in for some beers after doing some biking along the beach. Microbrew places can be hit or miss, and this place was fabulous. The beers were great. IPAs as well as a wheat beer with a hint of tangerine zest. The servers (TJ & Steven) were awesome. They made us feel right at home and took great care of us. Top notch service. And they offer outdoor seating along the sidewalk. Inside had a cool vibe as well. Definite place to return on future visit to LA area. Great Job guys!“

“Great ambiance. The bartender was able to select the perfect beer for the description I gave him of what I was looking for. The food was outstanding. The people who run the place are great conversationalists and amazing beer makers. We loved our time hanging out there and will definitely be back.“

“Food good. Enjoyed the potato taquitos and the hot wings. Got the burger order wrong. We were there with my cousins grandson & ordered a plain cheeseburger with ketchup. Brought a burger with all the stuff on it. Six year old was very disappointed. Ordered a Sierra Mist and it had no syrup in it. Can't imagine that was the first time it was served like that. Why not just offer bottled or canned soda instead of serving bad soda?“
“I've been here many times but never posted a review or any pics. They have a large assortment of tasty beers. Today, I had their 805 blonde with the 805 smash burger & fries. It was yum yum yum delicioso. They have a huge location inside and out with plenty of places to sit. Their service is top-notch. Stop by if you are ever in the area.“

“We accidentally went to another brewery instead of this one but I'm glad we got back in the car and headed here... food was good and beer was even better... I tend to like my beer colder but other than that it was good. They had live music which is what attracted us to this place!“

“fyi to anybody planning on coming here the beer list is on the smaller side and the beer percentage is also on the lower side. i think the highest percent i saw was a 6% which in no way is a bad thing or a knock to them but we were looking for more options and stronger ones. other than that, the service was great and the waitress was very attentive. i'd visit in the future to try some of the food i saw on the menu which seems like this place is more of a date night so i'd be sure to visit under different circumstances. i'd also note that the restroom was extremely clean. lastly, the beer was good and there was really no complaints about this brewery.“

“All I can say is CITRUS SLAMMER so amazing. Both my husband and I favored that beer.We stopped by a second time just to have another. Also had their wings(really good), didn't have a long wait for our food, friendly and helpful staff, chill vibes talked to a few different folks and surprised that everyone there was so nice no snobs, overall a nice experience will definitely be back. Wish they sold the citrus slammer in the 4 packs!“

“Had a great meal with a group of friends here today. We had a group of about 30 with a bit of a classic car show before the meal.Restaurant staff were fantastic, food was too notch! I had a traditional fish and chips and they served it with a bottle of malt vinegar on the side. That's how it should be and I was impressed! The food was great, entire group orders taken and served quickly with no short cuts, everything was prepared properly and tasted great. Drinks were continually topped off and servers were a cheerful happy bunch. We were made to feel welcome and we enjoyed the whole experience.“

“Project Barley is one of my favorite hangs. My partner and I started going there for the open mics. They have great shows, trivia night, phenomenal beer and good vibes. We really enjoy the Hazy, lagers, abc stouts! We’ve only scratched the surface with the beer selection. Even if you are riding solo, you can belly up at the bar and meet some great people! Awesome bartenders. The food is so tasty too! Truffle fries, shrimp tacos, and plantain veggie burger are our faves!“

“SO FUN. One of my favorite breweries in the South Bay. As a person who loves to sample and loves a diverse menu, this is a perfect place for me. The servers have always been so nice when we came (although service can be a bit slow on those busy nights). Parking can be tough!“

“Super happy that Stalking Horse is in the neighborhood. Some of the best fries in town, and the flatbread pizza they have at lunch is incredibly good. Trivia night on Tuesdays is also a highlight of the week for us. Good people, good vibes, good drinks, do yourself a favor and check it out.“

“Gulp is a nice lunch getaway in Playa Vista with both inside and outside seating. The staff is very attentive and brought water without even asking. I order the nachos and they were FULL! No shortage of ingredients or chicken on the nachos. The chips were crispy and easy to scoop a good amount of toppings without breaking. Unfortunately I didn't grab any photos because I ordered togo, however this restaurant is a gem.“

“Me personally I am not a downtown fan, it's the same as london but smaller, but if you are in the area, I would highly recommend this place, it's amazing and cosy with a live atmosphere. Just east tp downtown sp out the way but close enough to go and unwind for a few hours.“
“Great little locals spot. We saw a Jimmy Buffet cover band. Drinks seemed reasonably priced. They don't serve food and there were only about 6 tables that were reserved. The rest of the bar is standing room only. Or at least the night we were there so wear comfortable shoes!“

“Ive been coming to the Brewing Company for many years. Even before they began serving hard liquor, which started around 2002 or 2003..In the 25 years or so I've been coming, this places atmosphere, food & service have always been great imo.“

“It pains me to give this amazing vegan restaurant only 4 stars, but that's my honest feedback as per what the food is today. Back in the day, when they had the actual dine-in restaurant with the lovely ambience, we felt the food was better. What we LOVE even today is their Nachos - so tasty and it's a humongous portion size. We used to love their polenta tots (no longer on the menu) as well. The Farmers Market Lasagna is always a winner, as is the Banh Mi sandwich. The variety of dishes is really good, from salads to sandwiches to wraps and pastas. Today the service is still very good - spoke to a kind and efficient lady on the phone who could help with our Uber Eats order.“

“Nice spot in the LAX Renaissance. I had dinner here while on a work trip earlier this week. I sat at the bar, which was nice and service was great. The bar area and dining area are very nice. I had a martini which was really good. The Ahi Tuna app is awesome. For my entree I had the NY Strip and vegetables which was also excellent. The server did a good job of pairing wines with the dishes as well. If you are staying here I highly recommend just staying in and eating/drinking here.“
“Went here last night around 6:30 and the server was the cutest, sweetest gal!! We ordered the Parmesan fries crispy, with ranch on the side (wow yum!!) and we had a glass of Pinot Grigio (super light and refreshing) my bf ordered a beer but it was a canned one- next time he would get something on draft. We had the arugula quinoa salad- spicy, delicious. My bf hates arugula but enjoyed it along with me, and we had the kids chicken tenders and fried (massive portion!) we can't wait to go back whenever we are in the area to catch a sunset on a warmer summer day. Highly recommend this place for dates, groups, parties, meets ups for friends and kid friendly too. We sat inside in a booth but the area outside on the patio was decorated so beautifully with lights. Price point for all our food was $53 so well worth it! Only complaint is that they don't have gluten free options- I would have ordered the pizza or beer if they had!“

“This place has been the go-to spot for late night partying with full dancing, food and drinks. We've been here so many times I don't know if I have already given these guys a review. The only negative about this fun little venue is that the music is loud to the point all conversation is pointless. You have to yell directly into the ear of your homie. Then again maybe it's my old geezer ears that ain't good anymore ?! I recommend you give them a shot on a Friday or Saturday night. The crowd starts showing up pretty late here so don't be expecting a mad house at 9pm.“
